Brian was very friendly and professional. I got my water softener installed, and he also brought my hot water heater up to code for me. He explained how everything worked so that I could water my plants without the softened And how to shut the water off to the whole house if I wanted to for the winter.I would definitely call advocate plumbing again.

Brian R did a fantastic job. I called for a quote on a number of issues, and he was able to take care of fixing the dishwasher hose so it had a high loop, installing a sediment drip, and installing two new shower heads right away. He was clear, patient, and educational when it came to my questions, and I appreciate the service he provided.

Jeremy was extremely responsive and was over to check my sump pump within the hour, despite the flooding going on all around town. He was friendly, professional, and had my sump pump running again in no time. He was able to show me video he took in my crawlspace, so I could see and understand what the problem had been. He did not try to upsell me on anything and gave me good advice for the future life of my sump pump. I will absolutely call Jeremy again the next time I have any sort of plumbing issue.

I’m sure you’ve never heard this one before. I was leaning over my open toilet tank trying to adjust it to stop it from running as I’ve done many times before, when my head bumped the little shelf on the wall over the tank. My 4.5 inch statue of the Virgin Mary toppled off the shelf, into the tank, and down into the pipe that the ball plunger sits in! In a flash, she was gone, and potentially in a position to clog my toilet and/or sewer drain. Advocate came within hours, creatively tried several things and was able to retrieve her without damage. Then they got my 97 year old toilet (best one in the house!) up and working again. Thank you, Advocate! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

We had a great experience with Advocate Plumbing. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Brian came in and inspected the problem with the water heater. He also tested the water and found out that our water softener stopped working and need a new replacement. After the inspection, they gave us a couple of options with all the steps needed in the process. With high quality products and installation for a reasonable price and exceptional service, I highly recommended Advocate Plumbing for your next plumbing services.

Had Brian come out to install a water softener and remove my old one. He was very professional and on time. He told me everything I needed to know. Was very honest and did not try to oversell me. I felt he was genuine. Checked my water pressure for free to make sure everything was going to work. Beat previous quote for same job by couple hundred dollars. Will definitely be using them again for my plumbing needs.

Advocate Plumbing replaced my broken sump pump and did an excellent job in doing so. Dylan arrived earlier than was scheduled which worked to my advantage. He patiently answered and explained things I do not understand. He even checked my water PSI and the water coming out of my water softener - something that was never done by the past plumbers who serviced my house. His work was efficient, clean and thorough. Overall, I highly recommend Advocate Plumbing!
