Advocate Plumbing are absolutely great with communication about pricing, scope of work, arrival times and follow-up questions. They installed a softener that I supplied, and the quality of work was outstanding! I will never have to search for another plumbing company.

Advocate Plumbing did a great job on installing a whole house shut-off valve so that I did not have to ago outside and shut it off at the city-installed valve. I feel much more confident about having this access within easy reach!

This is the second time I have used Advocate Plumbing. They installed a water heater in our previous home a year ago. Today we had a water backup in our new home. They were able to come out today and fix the problem. Anyone looking for an honest plumber, these are the guys you want!

EDIT 1/24/25: Called up Advocate to come out and install 4 new toilets. Not that hard, right?! Come to find out all but one of the shutoff valves were bad. AND after a water test, it was discovered that my softener has stopped working...which explains why the hard water stains have been so bad lately. We knew the life of the softener was getting old...pushing 11 years... Had they not tested the water, we would have spent 1.5x more to have them back out vs just doing all the work in one day! No joke people...These guys are legit, honest and very upfront. I don't do reviews but will gladly talk this company up for how much they made our lives less stressful. Jeremy and Dillan were on time, quick and very helpful in explaining our options for a new water heater. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Would recommend to anyone for water heater replacement and any plumbing issue or job!! EDIT 8/12/24 - had two leaks on the hot water feed to the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Jeremy and team were onsite the SAME day and repairs done within an hour. On top of that - they wanted to find out if there was a cause behind the leak instead of just saying things needed replacing. Sure enough, it was discovered that our pressure reduction valve on the water line coming into the home had gone bad, thus putting almost double the amount of water pressure into our house! Jeremy and his team are amazing. Do yourself a favor, use these guys for anything plumbing!!

We had a plumbing repair need in our master bathroom. The original quote from our established home service company was a discounted $2800 member price for the labor. At the recommendation of a co-worker, we contacted Advocate Plumbing. Their quote was just over $1200 (nearly 60% less)! We went with Advocate Plumbing and have no reservations recommending them. The work was performed quickly, cleanly and economically. The two plumbers required to do the job were professional and courteous. The owner contacted us during the job to ensure it was progressing as we expected and at the end of the day to ensure that we were happy with the work done. The repair is functioning flawlessly and we saved almost $1600. We will definitely use Advocate Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
