From the first phone call Jeremy was really kind! Zach came out and did a wonderful job installing a new water softener, regulating our water pressure, replacing our hose spigot, and flushing our water heater. He was kind, respectful of our home, and explained everything well. After many bad experiences with other plumbing companies, I can truly say I’ll call Advocate first.

Advocate Plumbing replaced our failing tank water heater for a tankless water heater. My Father had a great experience with Advocate when his water heater failed just 2 weeks prior to mine and immediately referred them to me. The communication and professionalism of both Tyler and Dylan was fantastic. Straight forward, honest, and no forced / unnecessary upsells. Good pricing for the work done and product provided. On top of that, Dylan left the work area better than he found it which I appreciated. Update 4/24/2025: Upon arriving home from vacation, our sump pump system failed and we returned to a flooded basement. We called Advocate Plumbing to come out and replace the Sump pump and back up battery system as they were inoperable. Tyler provided a great price for the replacement and Dylan came to our house within in a couple of hours to repair / replace the failed system. As always, Dylan did a fantastic job considering he was working in water. Can't say enough about the folks at Advocate. Great people, fair prices, and quick response to our emergency.

I had my bathrooms remodeled by people I realized are scam business people. I am a military veteran and always prefer to do business with local small businesses. I found Advocate Plumbing on the BBB website and gave them a call. I spoke with Jeremy and told him about my situation. He was very caring and had his business manager Tyler reach out to me right away to schedule for a technician to come check out the amateur work that was done. Dylan came and let me know what needed to be done to fix one of the problems. To make an extremely long story short, Dylan took care of a major problem the remodelers made in my wet areas of my bathrooms. It took longer than we all anticipated to complete repairs, due to having to order special supplies, but I am so grateful and feel more at ease with how my shower/bath faucets are working. What a job well done! I called Jeremy's team to investigate a leak in the water meter pit. With no small effort, they removed rusted, corroded brittle pipes and replaced the valve and saddle. While on site, they re-routed the water main in the house and added a shut off valve in the basement - now I can shut off the water in the house, not in the meter pit! They also installed a water pressure gauge - at a price 30% lower than recently quoted by another plumbing company. The entire team was so very professional through a tough job. They were patient with me and helpful in improving the water situation in my house. I am thankful to have found them and will be a customer as long as I own a house!

Advocate Plumbing just did some work for us for the second time. They did not disappoint! The plumbers who did the work were both professional and pleasant to be around. We were given clear quotes before they began the work. They changed out fixtures, changed out valves, did some beautiful caulk work, and added an expansion tank to our water heater. I was referred to Advocate Plumbing. I contacted Tyler and explained my issue. He was friendly, listened well and assured me that Advocate Plumbing could help me today. Dillion came out and assessed the situation and offered me 3 options. After weighing the options, I elected to have Advocate install a new water heater. This is the second time we have used Advocate Plumbing, first time was a shower replacement. Dillion came out in a hurry this time to help replace our water heater that started to burn up, literally!! They made quick work of the swap in a tight space and brought everything up to code, even repairing what the last company did. So grateful for their quick response, sense of pride in their work and respect to my house. Would use again!

Bryan and Vance just put knew plumbing in my niece's house. They did an emulating job. Very detailed very nice respectful. They don't stop till their almost completely done or done they don't take lunch. More importantly they don't take your money and run. If I had to recommend them I most definitely would. EDIT 1/24/25: Called up Advocate to come out and install 4 new toilets. Not that hard, right?! Come to find out all but one of the shutoff valves were bad. AND after a water test, it was discovered that my softener has stopped working...which explains why the hard water stains have been so bad lately. We knew the life of the softener was getting old...pushing 11 years... Had they not tested the water, we would have spent 1.5x more to have them back out vs just doing all the work in one day! No joke people...These guys are legit, honest and very upfront. I don't do reviews but will gladly talk this company up for how much they made our lives less stressful. Jeremy and Dillan were on time, quick and very helpful in explaining our options for a new water heater. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Would recommend to anyone for water heater replacement and any plumbing issue or job!! EDIT 8/12/24 - had two leaks on the hot water feed to the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Jeremy and team were onsite the SAME day and repairs done within an hour. On top of that - they wanted to find out if there was a cause behind the leak instead of just saying things needed replacing. Sure enough, it was discovered that our pressure reduction valve on the water line coming into the home had gone bad, thus putting almost double the amount of water pressure into our house! Jeremy and his team are amazing. Do yourself a favor, use these guys for anything plumbing!!

We had a plumbing repair need in our master bathroom. The original quote from our established home service company was a discounted $2800 member price for the labor. At the recommendation of a co-worker, we contacted Advocate Plumbing. Their quote was just over $1200 (nearly 60% less)! We went with Advocate Plumbing and have no reservations recommending them. The work was performed quickly, cleanly and economically. The two plumbers required to do the job were professional and courteous. The owner contacted us during the job to ensure it was progressing as we expected and at the end of the day to ensure that we were happy with the work done. The repair is functioning flawlessly and we saved almost $1600. We will definitely use Advocate Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I had the “pleasure” of replacing two water heaters on the same day. Normally that would make it a terrible day but the team at Advocate Plumbing were champs. The biggest fear most customers have calling services out to their home (plumbing, electrical etc.) is getting overcharged or paying for things they didn't need. Advocate plumbing not only are ethical in their business practices, they go out of their way to help you whether it makes them more money or not. They are straightforward, down to earth honest plumbers. Glad I stumbled across them while looking for local plumbers.

They were not the least expensive (only one quote was less) but many other quotes were much higher - one was actually double! Advocate Plumbing did great work for us. We were doing an update to our laundry room and wanted to see how much it would be to add a sink to our space. They not only added the necessary plumbing for that, but they also moved our washing machine water lines to where it was more convenient for hooking up our new wash tower, and they also installed the cabinet and sink for us. Advocate Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend them!

I had a huge blockage in a house I just bought, and the crawl space plumbing was leaking in a lot of places. They made sure they were able to fix everything, plus working with me on pricing. As someone who has been around home improvement/residential construction companies for a long time, Advocate Plumbing is exactly who you want to respond to your plumbing needs. I called Advocate Plumbing when our hot water heater went out. It had ended up cracking and leaking onto the floor because there was a plastic catch pan underneath that had melted. They were very knowledgeable and told me my options for a new water heater that would work for my home. They were able to get us scheduled the next morning and arrived on time and were very professional. They prepared the work area by putting down paper to avoid any mess while getting the old water heater out and to avoid scratching our floor. They installed an aluminum catch pan so we shouldn’t have to worry about any water damage in the future. Our utility room was definitely cleaner after they left. While turning off the water they noticed some potentially unsafe fitting on our shut off valve and were able to quickly replace those as well. They were upfront with their pricing and even gave me a deal since I had multiple things done. Nice to see there are still honest companies around.

These guys repaired a leaking toilet for us a few months back, and installed a water softener for us. The toilet job wasn't easy, because it is a 100 year old house. This week it felt not quite secure on its base, and they were out within hours to fix it. EXCELLENT service. Professional, polite and very quick to address our issue.
