I had my bathrooms remodeled by people I realized are scam business people. I am a military veteran and always prefer to do business with local small businesses. I found Advocate Plumbing on the BBB website and gave them a call. I spoke with Jeremy and told him about my situation. He was very caring and had his business manager Tyler reach out to me right away to schedule for a technician to come check out the amateur work that was done. Dylan came and let me know what needed to be done to fix one of the problems. To make an extremely long story short, Dylan took care of a major problem the remodelers made in my wet areas of my bathrooms. It took longer than we all anticipated to complete repairs, due to having to order special supplies, but I am so grateful and feel more at ease with how my shower/bath faucets are working. EDIT 1/24/25: Called up Advocate to come out and install 4 new toilets. Not that hard, right?! Come to find out all but one of the shutoff valves were bad. AND after a water test, it was discovered that my softener has stopped working...which explains why the hard water stains have been so bad lately. We knew the life of the softener was getting old...pushing 11 years... Had they not tested the water, we would have spent 1.5x more to have them back out vs just doing all the work in one day! No joke people...These guys are legit, honest and very upfront. I don't do reviews but will gladly talk this company up for how much they made our lives less stressful. Jeremy and Dillan were on time, quick and very helpful in explaining our options for a new water heater. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Would recommend to anyone for water heater replacement and any plumbing issue or job!! EDIT 8/12/24 - had two leaks on the hot water feed to the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Jeremy and team were onsite the SAME day and repairs done within an hour. On top of that - they wanted to find out if there was a cause behind the leak instead of just saying things needed replacing. Sure enough, it was discovered that our pressure reduction valve on the water line coming into the home had gone bad, thus putting almost double the amount of water pressure into our house! Jeremy and his team are amazing. Do yourself a favor, use these guys for anything plumbing!!

At the recommendation of a co-worker, we contacted Advocate Plumbing. Their quote was just over $1200 (nearly 60% less)! We went with Advocate Plumbing and have no reservations recommending them. The work was performed quickly, cleanly and economically. The two plumbers required to do the job were professional and courteous. The owner contacted us during the job to ensure it was progressing as we expected and at the end of the day to ensure that we were happy with the work done. The Advocate Plumbing crew is awesome. Had them out to install two outside hose faucets with service access panels, install a new Main shutoff in the garage, install a new kitchen faucet and install a new shower faucet in our 2nd upstairs bathroom. I called Advocate Plumbing when our hot water heater went out. It had ended up cracking and leaking onto the floor because there was a plastic catch pan underneath that had melted. They were very knowledgeable and told me my options for a new water heater that would work for my home. They were able to get us scheduled the next morning and arrived on time and were very professional. They prepared the work area by putting down paper to avoid any mess while getting the old water heater out and to avoid scratching our floor. They installed an aluminum catch pan so we shouldn’t have to worry about any water damage in the future. Our utility room was definitely cleaner after they left. While turning off the water they noticed some potentially unsafe fitting on our shut off valve and were able to quickly replace those as well. We had a great experience with Advocate Plumbing and you will too.

We reached out to Advocate after receiving some unexpectedly large estimates from a bigger plumbing company. Advocate came out to estimate and gave us a home inspection while they were here. Their estimates were much more in line with what we expected based on our research. They were able to get us scheduled very quickly and did an excellent job while they were here. We had quite a few things to be done, so Zach was at the house for a few days in a row. He was exceptionally friendly and professional, and ensured we were happy with all of the work that they did each day. He was able to help us troubleshoot some more tricky issues which we really appreciated. We really liked how in the loop we were kept throughout the whole process. We 100% recommend Advocate (and Zach) to anyone looking for plumbing work to be done! We will be using them going forward for all of our plumbing needs. My wife and I needed to have an additional hose bib installed but wasn't sure how to run the water line without causing major remodeling issues. Jeremy and Dylan came out to assess the issue. We arrived at a solution and much to my surprise, they not only quoted the job but also did the work the same day. It was a tricky installation but Dylan did a great job! ---------------------- Having had a good first experience with Advocate Plumbing, I called them again to flush out my tankless water heater and install a new sump pump with a battery backup pump. Both jobs were done promptly and professionally for a reasonable price. We can now leave home with the peace of mind we have a good quality sump pump and battery backup sump pump that replaced an inexpensive builder's grade sump pump. This company is very fast at scheduling the work. I've had three different plumbers do work at my house and all have been great to work with. And the owner Jeremy is a great guy!

We had a gas leak and initially had another larger company out for diagnostics. We weren’t happy with their pricing or lack of scheduling availability for repair so I decided to get some other quotes. I was recommended to Advocate by our home inspector and I’m really glad I gave them a call. Steve helped me to get a plumber out ASAP and was very competitive with pricing. Zach was able to complete our repair and get our gas turned back on in just a few hours. He was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and I appreciated that there was no sales pitches or trying to upsell on services we didn’t need. We were even able to talk to him about some plumbing needs at our new house we’re moving to at the end of the month including our sewer lines needing hydrojetting and were quoted a fraction of the cost that two other local companies quoted us. Great customer service and we will be return customers!

Advocate Plumbing to the rescue! I was dealing with a Plumbing crisis and called Advocate Plumbing. They sent someone out the next day to give me an estimate. The guy they sent out, Dillon (sp?), was very thorough (he even tested my water pressure), professional, and excellent at communication. When he left, I had every confidence that his company could get the job done right. When I received my quote later that same day, I was presented with a few different options. All options were very reasonable. I ended up having them replace my existing (broken)cast iron drain pipes with PVC (this was no small task), replace my water main line and shut off, and replace my 20+ year old water heater. Dillon was out the very next day and did an absolutely amazing job. The quality of work that was done exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Advocate Plumbing for any and all of your plumbing needs. They will be my first and only call from now on. I've already told all of my neighbors to give them a call if they're in need of a great and affordable plumber.

Installed new vent piping and gas line for my new gas water heater that had been incorrectly done from another plumbing company when home was built. Advocate Plumbing replaced our failing tank water heater for a tankless water heater. My Father had a great experience with Advocate when his water heater failed just 2 weeks prior to mine and immediately referred them to me. The communication and professionalism of both Tyler and Dylan was fantastic. Straight forward, honest, and no forced / unnecessary upsells. Good pricing for the work done and product provided. On top of that, Dylan left the work area better than he found it which I appreciated. Update 4/24/2025: Upon arriving home from vacation, our sump pump system failed and we returned to a flooded basement. We called Advocate Plumbing to come out and replace the Sump pump and back up battery system as they were inoperable. Tyler provided a great price for the replacement and Dylan came to our house within in a couple of hours to repair / replace the failed system. I had my bathrooms remodeled by people I realized are scam business people. I am a military veteran and always prefer to do business with local small businesses. I found Advocate Plumbing on the BBB website and gave them a call. I spoke with Jeremy and told him about my situation. He was very caring and had his business manager Tyler reach out to me right away to schedule for a technician to come check out the amateur work that was done. Dylan came and let me know what needed to be done to fix one of the problems. To make an extremely long story short, Dylan took care of a major problem the remodelers made in my wet areas of my bathrooms. It took longer than we all anticipated to complete repairs, due to having to order special supplies, but I am so grateful and feel more at ease with how my shower/bath faucets are working.
