We reached out to Advocate after receiving some unexpectedly large estimates from a bigger plumbing company. Advocate came out to estimate and gave us a home inspection while they were here. Their estimates were much more in line with what we expected based on our research. They were able to get us scheduled very quickly and did an excellent job while they were here. We had quite a few things to be done, so Zach was at the house for a few days in a row. He was exceptionally friendly and professional, and ensured we were happy with all of the work that they did each day. My wife and I needed to have an additional hose bib installed but wasn't sure how to run the water line without causing major remodeling issues. Jeremy and Dylan came out to assess the issue. We arrived at a solution and much to my surprise, they not only quoted the job but also did the work the same day. It was a tricky installation but Dylan did a great job! ---------------------- Having had a good first experience with Advocate Plumbing, I called them again to flush out my tankless water heater and install a new sump pump with a battery backup pump. Both jobs were done promptly and professionally for a reasonable price. We can now leave home with the peace of mind we have a good quality sump pump and battery backup sump pump that replaced an inexpensive builder's grade sump pump. This company is very fast at scheduling the work. I've had three different plumbers do work at my house and all have been great to work with. And the owner Jeremy is a great guy!
